Shipping terms

1. Delivery area

We currently only deliver within Sweden.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping is always included in the price for subscription deliveries. For one-time purchases, a shipping fee is added, which is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Processing and delivery time

Orders are normally shipped within 1–2 business days. The delivery time thereafter is normally 1–3 business days within Sweden. For an ongoing subscription, each monthly delivery is charged on the 27th of the month and shipped in connection with the charge.

If a delivery is significantly delayed, we will contact you. If we do not deliver within a reasonable time after ordering, you have the right to cancel the purchase according to the Consumer Sales Act.

4. Shipping carriers and delivery methods

We work with several shipping carriers, such as PostNord. Which shipping carrier handles your particular shipment, and whether it is delivered to an agent, parcel locker, or your mailbox, is stated in the delivery confirmation. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email with tracking information.

5. Unclaimed packages

Packages delivered to an agent or parcel locker must be collected within the time specified by the shipping carrier. Packages that are not collected are returned to us, and we then charge a fee of SEK 149 to cover the costs of shipping, return shipping, and handling.

Not collecting your package does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must do so according to the terms for the right of withdrawal; see the Returns & Refunds page.

6. Transport damage

Please check your delivery when it arrives. If the packaging or contents are damaged upon delivery, please contact us at hello@drink-dora.com with your order number and photos, and we will help you immediately. Transport damage is handled as a complaint and costs you nothing – see the Returns & Refunds page.

7. Change of address

If you have a subscription, you can change your delivery address at any time via your account on drinkdora.se. Changes made before the monthly charge on the 27th will apply from the next delivery.
