Returns & refunds

We want you to feel secure when shopping with us. Depending on the situation, there are three options: our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, your statutory right of withdrawal, and your right to make a claim. Always contact us before returning anything so that you can receive return instructions – this allows us to handle your case quickly and correctly.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

Try Dora at your own pace. If the product is not right for you, contact us within 30 days from the delivery of your first order, send back the bag with any remaining contents, along with an explanation of why you wish to return your product (you pay the return shipping), and you will receive a refund of the product price to the same payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. The guarantee applies to the first delivery in your subscription and can be used once per customer. It applies in addition to your statutory rights.

Full terms and conditions for the guarantee can be found in our General Terms and Conditions, section 7. If you wish to use the guarantee, please email hello@drink-dora.com from the email address you used to place the order and include your order number.

Right of withdrawal

As a private individual, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is calculated from the day you received the item. For a subscription, the period is calculated from the day you received the first delivery.

Exception for broken seals

Dora is delivered in a sealed package. For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal has been broken. If you wish to try the product before deciding, our satisfaction guarantee above applies instead.

How to do it

Clearly notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase before the withdrawal period expires, for example by emailing hello@drink-dora.com and providing your order number.

Return

Send the item back to Drink Dora AB (return address provided once you notify us of the return) without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you send it with a tracking number and keep your receipt.

Refund

We will refund what you have paid, including the cost of delivery to you, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, the difference will not be refunded. The refund will be made once we have received and approved the item. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. If the item has been handled more than is necessary to determine its properties and function, you may be liable to compensate for the reduction in value.

Claims

The Consumer Purchases Act (2022:260) gives you the right to file a claim regarding defects in the item for three years from the time you received it. A defect may, for example, be transport damage, a damaged or incorrect package, or an item that deviates from what we have agreed upon. File your claim within a reasonable time after discovering the defect – a claim made within two months is always considered timely.

Contact hello@drink-dora.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and preferably photos. Do not send the item back before you have received instructions from us. For an approved claim, we cover all costs, including any return shipping, and you will primarily receive a new item or, if that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund. A claim is always handled according to the law and never according to the terms of the satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the payment method you used for the purchase. If you have paid by invoice or installment via Klarna, the amount will be adjusted with Klarna.
